Montrealz Moments Podcast
The Zensa Media team welcomes you to our Episode 2 featuring Montreal Nurse/Public figure Naveed Hussein. Naveed works at the McGill University Health Center and is a teacher and consultant in the industry.
He made headlines in the news with his petition for the Lionel Groulx metro station's name to be changed to the Oscar Peterson station. From then on, he has been featured on CBC, CTV, CityNews and even Radio Canada during the covid pandemic and during the nurses strike.
In our podcast episode (part 1), Naveed gives us the inside scoop of what is going on behind the scenes with the nurses strike in Quebec who are looking for a more fair salary and working conditions. Naveed will also share what his personal experience is in the Quebec healthcare system and share just how important empathy is in his profession.
Naveed is truly a remarkable human being and probably one of the most well spoken and empathetic people I have met. He is a true inspiration and Montreal's healthcare system is very lucky to have him.
