As longtime friends, Josa and I had some opportunities to work together over the years and have seen our Montreal industry evolve in different ways since then. So I wanted to have her on our show to talk about the real stuff going on in our industry that unfortunately, are not covered in mainstream media but affect so many working in it.

We will discuss her work in the industry, financing for projects, the contributions of Anglophones and multi cultural communites in our belle province, some advancements with hairstylists/make up artists in regards to actors from her community and are women really moving forward in today's North American industry? Because Cate Blanchett said we aren't in a Cannes festival interview.
